  • Providing programs that generate public interest in aviation and introduce children and young adults to aeronautical and related services.
  • Encouraging and supporting young adults in pursuit of careers in aviation and related fields.
  • Fostering scholastic achievement, the development of sound character, physical fitness and an interest in aviation by children and young adults through mentors, family involvement and direct participation.
  • And by accelerating the implementation of policies by individuals and institutions that will assure equal opportunity and treatment for everyone by the aviation community.
